Our Story

In our journey of being assessors for decades now we have come across thousands of SSB aspirants.

Particularly while assessing candidates in the Service Selection Board, often we came across many potential candidates who were lacking correct guidance regarding SSB. On certain instances the candidates were either completely ignorant of the procedure of SSB or had been misinformed by their predecessors.

The open resources available are often misleading and unreliable and more often than not, feed incorrect information to the SSB aspirants. Even those from the Defence Forces background may not be in a position to provide accurate guidance because SSB is a highly specialized and scientific methodology of selection of candidates for which the chosen few are specially trained. As a result, potential candidates do not perform to the best of their abilities and lose out on their chances of selection.

Hence the genesis of "SSB Coaching" which is an honest endeavour to create an interface between SSB aspirants and actual assessors who have been a part of the selection system. The humble beginning is aimed at creating a larger community of assessors and prospective candidates and is committed to providing correct guidance to the SSB aspirants so that they are able to Live their dream...

"SSB (Service Selection Board) is considered one of the toughest interviews to go through because it tests your personality and chooses the best out of the best. Most of the SSB coaching centres we see nowadays make us a robot, and program us to have a specific type of personality. I came across SSB coaching by Kaninika Ma'am, and it was wonderful. 1.) GTO technique: Very informative lessons on the GTO tasks. Ma'am, a retired GTO having experience, did not miss a single detail while teaching us . I understood how to approach each and every obstacle in the GTO and am sure I will be able to tackle the GTO tasks well.

2.) Interview technique: The personal interview was wonderful. It felt as if I am being interviewed in one of the selection boards. The interviewer gave me feedback on all my positive and negative traits, and places of improvement.
